The experience: Doc sets up in your conference room and works through the whole team one at a time, with real, uninterrupted time for each person. Everyone finishes with a tuning fork reset before heading back to their desk.

The Trauma & Nervous System Reset

For families, wellness circles, and close-knit groups who want to recover together.

Focus: Calming an overactive stress response through shared movement, breath, and sound.

The experience: A fully guided arc: grounding and a short talk on stress patterns, group stretch, breathwork, then a closing sound bath with singing bowls and tuning forks. No table time. The group moves through it as one.

The smallest track by design, built for the deepest shared work.

A full guided arc: sequenced so the group settles in gradually instead of jumping straight into stillness.

What Happens in Each Track?

A shared warm-up done together: gentle mobility and breath-paced stretching that gets everyone out of a braced, held pattern before the deeper work begins.

A short guided breathing sequence that moves the group from active stretching into a calmer, slower state, ready for the sound work that follows.

The closing part of the Reset. Singing bowls and tuning forks are used together once the group has settled, so it lands as release rather than stimulation.

A quick closing touch at the end of each one-on-one segment that helps the work hold before someone heads back to their desk, the course, or the court.

Campus & Staff Wellness Days

One week a year isn’t gratitude. It’s a gesture.

Teacher Appreciation Week comes once a year. A card, a coffee, maybe a lunch. Then it’s back to six classes, hundreds of kids, and a body that’s been bracing since August.

Nobody takes care of the people who take care of everyone else’s kids. So QíKiSol is partnering with select local campuses on a monthly Staff Wellness Day: on campus, built around the bell schedule, and free to the school.

How a Wellness Day Works

Monthly

One dedicated day each month, right on campus.

3 Hours

Of hands-on care, fit into conference periods and lunch, so no one misses class time.

9 Resets

20 minutes each: acupressure, percussion, and fascia release for neck, shoulder, and back tension.

Every reset is fully clothed, with no oils, no changing, and nothing on your work clothes. Acupressure, percussion, and fascia release all work right through fabric. You set the pressure, Doc checks in the whole way, and you walk back to class loose, light, and still ready for sixth period.
