Kinesio Mobile · West Hill Country

Golf Courses, Ranch Gates, and River Country

Boerne's golf-course pace, Comfort's slower historic rhythm, Bandera's working-ranch hours, and Blanco's quiet river-country life all wear on your body differently. Your care should fit where you actually live, not a one-size version of "Hill Country."

I bring the table out I-10 to your home or property in Boerne, Fair Oaks Ranch, Comfort, and Bandera every other week, and to Blanco once a month.

Why Mobile Care

Saddle Hours and Golf Swings Wear Differently

What wears you down out here depends on where you live, and a daily pain reliever doesn’t touch any of it.

Find Your Part of the West

Four parts of West Hill Country, one calendar.

Golf swings, long walks around Esperanza, Fair Oaks Ranch, or Tapatio Springs, and hours on I-10 all load the same rotational muscles in their own way.
Running a shop or working out of one of the historic limestone buildings downtown means hours on hard floors and repetitive lifting that basic stretching doesn't reach.
Real ranch work, hours in the saddle, and lifting around livestock create joint and fascia restrictions a desk job never would, and they're rarely treated as more than a sore back that'll pass.
Ranch life along the Blanco River means long days outdoors and steady labor around livestock and property upkeep, a toll that builds slowly over a season.

The Clinic Comes Out to the Country

Clinical kinesiology, set up wherever you are in West Hill Country.

I map where your body is compensating, then combine neuro and visceral work to reset it, so you move without pain. From Tapatio Springs to a ranch gate outside Bandera, the table comes to you and nobody drives back into San Antonio sore.

What to Expect

Your First Hill Country Visit

Three steps, all in your own space.

01

Intake & Screening

I run a neurological and movement screen to find exactly which nerve pathways and movement chains are restricted.

02

60 to 120 Minutes of Hands-On Work

Neuro-stretch, visceral work, or both together, tailored to you, done in the privacy of your own space.

03

Home Guidance

Simple exercises and lifestyle steps that help your nervous system hold onto the new, easier movement between visits.
