Kinesio Mobile · East Hill Country

River Towns, Farm Roads, and Everything Between

A weekend on your feet running a shop by the river in New Braunfels, a week of crops or classrooms in Seguin, the daily Bulverde commute, a growing family in Cibolo or Schertz, or steady farm work in Marion: each one wears on your body differently.

I bring the table to your home or property across New Braunfels, Seguin, Bulverde, Cibolo, Schertz, and Marion every other week, and up to Wimberley and San Marcos once a month.

Why Mobile Care

Hard Floors, Long Rows, Longer Drives

What wears you down out here depends on where you live, and a daily pain reliever doesn’t touch any of it.

Find Your Stretch of the Corridor

Five parts of the corridor, one calendar.

Running a shop or restaurant near Gruene or the river means long hours on hard floors during tubing season, repetitive lifting, and standing fatigue that never fully clears between weekend rushes.
Sitting at the crossroads of 281, 46, and 1863 means more hours behind the wheel into San Antonio than almost anywhere else in the corridor, and that seated posture adds up fast.
Fast growth means new-construction stress, long commutes on I-35 or 1604, and shuttling kids between practices, all while unpacking from a move that never quite feels finished. Right at the edge of Randolph AFB, Schertz is home to many active-duty and retired military families dealing with PCS moves, irregular duty schedules, training demands, and daily I-35 traffic.
Farm and orchard work, long desk hours in county offices or at Texas Lutheran, and the toll of harvest season build a different set of restrictions than the tourist rush up the road. Physical work on small farms and ranch properties plus long drives into Seguin or New Braunfels for errands wears differently than a desk job ever could.
Once a month I head up the river to Wimberley and San Marcos, where studio work, campus schedules, and long drives on I-35 leave the body carrying more than it lets on.

I Make the Drive So You Don’t

Clinical kinesiology, set up wherever you are along the corridor.

I map where your body is compensating, then combine neuro and visceral work to reset it, so you move without pain. From the river in New Braunfels to the farm roads around Marion, the table comes to you and you stay put afterward.

What to Expect

Your First Visit Out East

Three steps, all in your own space.

01

Intake & Screening

I run a neurological and movement screen to find exactly which nerve pathways and movement chains are restricted.

02

60 to 120 Minutes of Hands-On Work

Neuro-stretch, visceral work, or both together, tailored to you, done in the privacy of your own space.

03

Home Guidance

Simple exercises and lifestyle steps that help your nervous system hold onto the new, easier movement between visits.
